3.4 You must notify fachai1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. fachai1 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
fachai1 is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents:

5.3 fachai1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively altered.
5.4 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, use of automated software to meet wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6.5 fachai1 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system error, or any other technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts that do not reflect the true market value of the event.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fachai1 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:
7.2 fachai1 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending manual review. fachai1 will notify affected users of any suspension and the reason for it, subject to legal constraints.
8.1 All content on the fachai1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the property of fachai1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fachai1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.2 fachai1's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 fachai1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent fachai1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
