12.1 The fachai1 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. fachai1 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If fachai1 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source.
